  • St. Paul Lutheran is developing a prayer ministry for marriage anniversaries.  They have
    a monthly prayer emphasis during worship on marriage anniversaries.  Prayer time by
    staff is being focused on marriages and the men's group spends prayer time for men's
    anniversaries. (St. Paul - Trenton, MI)

  • Trinity has developed a Marriage Mentoring Program to support post marriage couples
    shortly after the wedding for the first 1-2 years (for now.) Mentors will be trained and
    then assigned to a couple for discussion of marriage issues. (Trinity Lutheran - Utica)

    steps to all relationships.  The sermon series focused on destructive patterns that destroy
    relationships and how to overcome them.  The outline included: The Destructive Pattern

    Negative Interpretation; The Destructive Pattern of Withdrawal; The Secret of Not Having
